On Ghost of Yōtei, I worked on the Winding Tears Shrine from initial block-out to polish stages.
Contribution: Location / mission layout, interior and exterior set-dressing, hand-placement of various biome props, terrain sculpting, terrain material and grass painting, location polish, some prop modeling.
One of my main goals in this space was to push the autumn biome feel as much as possible while also trying to keep the player's eyes directed towards Ishikari Castle whenever possible.
My primary inspiration for this shrine actually from seeing a photo of the Ashiribetsu Waterfall, near Sapporo in Hokkaido. The in game representation is much more scaled up to allow for climbing and exploration game-play.
